I really like these for what they are. They're pricey at full price, but they'll sometimes go on sale and are worth it then. I use these as a base grip when the grip on a paddle is either a style I don't like (like a wave-style grip with ridges), or a thickness I don't like (super thin or super bulky). These Joola grips are low-to-medium thickness, so they provide just the right amount of thickness and cushion without having to wrap them super tightly. The cushion feels a bit denser, but with a nice springiness. They also sit very flat when wrapped correctly. They're also a little bit tacky when first applied, so if you're someone who only like to use a grip without an overgrip, these could be an option for you. The one negative I'd say is that the adhesive used on them is stronger than the foam in the cushion. When taking them off to either reposition them or re-use on another paddle, the foam can get torn and it's very hard to reapply. As long as you're careful, this shouldn't happen, but it's something to keep in mind. Also, if you're looking to heavily build up your paddle's grip, these aren't the best option due to being on the more low-to-midweight side.
