Good Quality, Expected Results (so far).
I have never taken Berberine before, but decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did. It has helped me manage my blood sugar and lose weight (The Weight Loss Claim is NOT verified via Blood Work yet, but will confirm in a month). I've only been taking this supplement for 5 days, so I have not had a chance to measure results via blood work. Pros: -Cost Effective (good value). -Large bottle and ALL pills were present (I always count EACH pill in the supplements I get from Amazon). -Smell and look are on point with what you'd expect in a Berberine supplement. -No Negative side effects. Cons: -None yet. I like to verify quality and results via Blood work, but haven't had the chance to do so with this one. Will update this review in a month with solid facts based on the results of my next screening.

More Than I Expected
Please check with your doctor before taking any supplements. I did and was surprised that she wholeheartedly approved berberine starting 500 mg a day and increasing to 1000 mg a day, 500 mg per meal, after 4 weeks. I'm diabetic, couldn't tolerate Metformin and Glypizide (GI upset), not on insulin, on Farxiga. Still monitoring A1C. I read many product labels and reviews and this is what I was looking for: 1. Ingredients 2. Third-party tested 3. Value NatureBell satisfied all my concerns. Other brands fail on the third-party tested and percentage of purity. This product is 97% pure. This bottle is an approx 5-month supply. After almost 2 months, I've noticed reduction in hunger cravings, modest weight loss, blood sugar is gradually decreasing. This is in combination with better diet, better hydration, moderate daily walking/exercise, and restful sleep. No GI upset, normal BM. Again, always check with your doctor before starting a supplement, and read labels and reviews even the popular brands.

Great value
I’m really impressed with the value of this bottle. Getting 300 capsules of 500mg Berberine at this price point is hard to beat. I specifically chose this because it uses the 5:1 root extract of Berberis Aristata, and I've noticed it feels just as effective, if not more so, than more expensive brands I've tried in the past. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste

Love Berberine For the last three months my sugars have been coming down and staying between 5.6 to 7.4 It’s great for me I used to have readings of11.4to14.5almost daily! I’m impressed with the results Best is if you’re on metformin you can still use berberine. As an extra supplement Clear with your health care provider but I know of three doctors who fully support the use of berberine
