Been taking the tablets for about a week. Some stomach upset but nothing major. Decided to cut the dosage down to 1 tablet per day and noticed a positive difference. Sleep quality has improved and I feel more relaxed. I also think that it is suppressing my appetite as I don't seem to have as many food cravings which I'm sure will help keep the menopausal stomach paunch in check together with exercise. Good value for money. I shall definitely continue taking these.

I've bought these several times now, not the 7 in 1 just the magnesium glycinate. I'm a terrible sleeper, so bought these thinking nothing to lose, and they really do help. Don't buy these thinking they're like a sleeping tablet or similar but they do help you get off to sleep. I think the value is fantastic, they're natural so you're not waking up with a dry mouth like antihistamine based sleeping tablets, and they're a regular feature of my pre sleep routine. Brilliant

Not what I expected, I use magnesium for muscle recovery this didn't give me that so I dosed higher but no muscles were still cramped and it caused some dehydration. The only positive side it did give a good night's sleep

These tablets are huge so a lil be difficult to swallow but asides from that they’re great, you feel the effects almost immediately, im sleeping better now and the aches and pains are down to minimum. I’ll be buying again.
