ASURION 2 Year Wearables Protection Plan ($30 - $39.99)

Purchased a 2 year protection plan for my generic smart watch. After about a year and a half, one of the sides broke causung it to no longer hold the band in place. The watch was not repairable. The asurion protection plan was still in place. I contacted them through the Amazon app, provided details about the damaged item, and they responded immediately. They me to return the original item and promptly provided an Amazon gift card to cover the full, original cost. I used it to pay for a new smart watch. Excellent service all around. Easy to activate and use. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I had a smart watch go bad. It was within the 2 year warranty of Asurion. They handled it beautifully. Within a couple of days I had a credit for a refund on Amazon and a new watch a couple of days later. Very happy with this company.

I guess it would be good if i could remember what i have paid for protection on. In the email to me i do have a item number i guess but no name of product. how stupid of me.

I purchased a two year warranty on a product and even though the product began failing within the warranty period, I was very happy to reach out to Asurion about the product … the claims process was very straightforward and the Customer Service team member was friendly and walked me through the process … I followed the return process and the refund was an Amazon gift card … since I intend to purchase a similar product through Amazon my experience was great … just a word of caution, warranty coverage works best and is a good return on your investment if you truly use it when it’s still active and you need it … there was a time when I didn’t act and wasted my money … ☺️
