These pads are really effective. However, using them in the tropics may cause some skin sensitivity e.g. burning sensation. In addition, the adhesive doesn't perform so well in hot climate. However, the adhesive is really effective in temperate climate conditions.

Helps with my knee pain

This one burns, it's very different from the previous patches.Why?Tellme my father has 84 years old and him skin where he used the patch looks like it has burns.And me I use in my right knee I didn't even last 2 hours with the patch because it was burning my skin. These have worked very well for me, I like them. I have tried a couple of different brands, these are very good. They do stick very well, and for people that complain about smell - realize you are buying herbs, far better for your health than medicine with side effects. The smell is just fine and normal. Also once you take off the patch, shower and the smell is gone. It's also not a bad smell at all, it smells like herbs. I can wear these for longer than some other brands, which lets me get more movement. I like them a lot.
