Sensor great value - library and sample code not working
Used the link to download the library and all files. The examples came back with 1kb file length and empty sketches. When including the library and defining an ultrasonic sensor, the ranging() method returns a constant value. If you lookup sample code for an ultrasonic sensor, bypass the library and use digital writes to pulse the trigger pin and then use pulseIn to read the Echo pin, the sensor works great. Leaving seller feedback to look at the files provided.

very useful little kit
The brackets work much better than some of the cobbled together mounts I've seen. Keeping the sensor in a fixed position is key to repeatable performance.

+/- an inch from a couple inches to across the room. Good enough
Eh, for less than 2.50/sensor it's pretty reasonable accuracy, and pretty easy code for Arduino. If you want mm accuracy this will not cut it. But +/- an inch over several feet is good for the price.

Work Well and Learn A Lot with these Ultrasonic Modules
I have used these in the past for the makeshift radar that can be found all over the internet as well as a "learning" robot car. IMHO they are accurate enough for hobbyist and those tinkering with arduino/raspberry pi platforms. I recommend these to anyone looking to expand their experience with programming and those tinkering with arduino and raspberry pi.

Does what you need
I used this for a hobby raceway for object detection. They work perfectly. Great value and it comes with enough extras for future projects. I am happy
