I bought these for my young adult son with autism who doesn't have the best diet.
So I purchased these vitamins for my young adult son with autism who has a limited diet and doesn't get enough fruits and vegetables. After going to the doctor, she recommended vitamins after doing some bloodwork. Pills are difficult for him to swallow. We go back next month to see if any of his vitamin levels have improved and I will report back. I will say he doesn't mind the taste and has been diligent about taking them every day. Thankful to have this option in gummy form.

The vegetables are less than half full
I really love this stuff, but my green vegetable container is basically less than half full so I’m not happy at all. You need to fill these up and I would prefer to have a whole Nother one since to replace it. Thank you.
