Exorbitant price
The quality of the product is good.However the price of this item is more than double compared to the competitors similar product with same quality and texture of the material. The condition mentioned when I have ordered for this product is “Returnable” within 10 days and now after the delivery I can see condition as “Replacements” with in 7 days

Strong, foul odour. Avoid
I have been using a Lowenstein CPAP m/c for over three years now. The silicone face sushion has given way after all these years which forced me to go in for Crossmed BMC CPAP face mask. The unboxing experience was terrible to say the least. Extremely strong plastic odour hit me like a blast. You simply cannot use it. I have kept it out, unused and am expecting the odour to subside but even after 4~5 days, the odour is showing no signs of abettig. One reviewer had made this remark about foul odour which I ignored to my own peril. People about to buy - DON'T.
