A sturdy and aesthetic product
This is the review post usage of 7 months. The rear wheel has come off making this product un usable. I contacted the sellers for the front wheel issue, where the stopper is automatically coming down to arrest the movement. But absolutely no response from the sellers for parts replacement support. The commode chair looks like more of a luxury than a utility. Dont think about buying this product if you prioritize safety.

Good for my purpose
Bought this for bathing my father who has recovered post stroke so wheel is locked and kept in bathroom only.Fit for my purpose and have good quality after one month use.The locking bar on one side after unfolding was not aligned and was not locking and initially thought to return but few bangs with hammer sorted it.Wheel lock works well once the person sits (without weight the chair will move if pushed).Overall good quality

Never buy this product else you are going to regret
I purchased a wheelchair from Amazon, and within just 4 months, it has become unusable. The wheels are damaged, alignment is off, and rotation is not working properly. All the claims made on the product page were misleading. Most frustrating is the lack of proper after-sales support — no customer care number, no service info, nothing. If free service is not possible, at least guide us on where to get paid repair support. This is unacceptable, especially for a medical product. Amazon must ensure better support for such high-value items. Very disappointed with this horrible experience. Please resolve this urgently.

No tilting mechanism
This is no tilting mechanism as per product description, bad packaging was all torn apart luckily it survived anyway didn't want to go through replacement Hassel

Front Wheel Swivel Jammed
Got the item on Dec 18 2024. Today Jan 25, 2025, in just over a month, the front right wheel jammed and doesn’t swivel around. The wheel rotates but chair can’t be manoeuvred
