I got my phone in excellent condition it was perfect with only one nick in the corner but you can’t see it when. There is a case on it and battery life came at 90%. I love Amazon refurbished

OK great phone great condition but on the packing slip are start up directions that I suggest you read carefully. They look like fine print that cannot possibly be important but guess again. Would have saved me 3-4 hours had I read it first. This phone is a great buy. Very happy. Battery seems to be perfect. Looks new.

Almost perfect, couldn't tell that it was previously owned. It charged quickly and the phone quality is very good. I needed an upgrade that would work with my diabetic CGM app better than my older iphone. It works very well. Love the size as I am older and I need the larger size. Seems to hold a charge very well. Couldn't be happier.

Very bad quality. Internet... is not always connecting and callers cannot listen my conversations.
