These are amazing.. You know when a company comes out with a new version to replace or improve an incredibly well respected and well performing product and how 99% of the time it’s an utter failure and almost seems like a slight handed cash grab? Well that is absolutely not the case with these.These are massive winners.Compared to the other 3m n95s these ones out perform in almost every category. They could possibly fit a bit tight if you have a bigger sized head but other than that they conform to your face perfectly almost to the extent you don’t even need to the straps, crazy, they breathe insanely well but still keep out all the stuff you don’t want in – I would know as I’ve been sweeping dirt and debris in them all day. The outside gets completely browned while the inside remains completely white. The icing on the cake is that they don’t get hot and if you wear glasses they don’t fog up! Can’t believe someone finally did it!Amazing product and an insane value for the price. I’m super grateful these are available. Cheers

Of all the face masks & respirators I’ve worn since 2020, this one is the best. It seals tight against my face, doesn’t hurt my ears, this is my goto now. Whether I’m doing carpentry and need a dust mask or if there is another pandemic, this is the mask I keep a box of on hand.

This is the newest version of this mask. I honestly thought they were counterfeit when I first saw the ad but after some quick research learned 3M updated the mask. They should probably put that fact in the ad.I can't tell a difference in the new version. Maybe the exhalation valve works better?

Total scam. Bought these in January and learned the hard way that when the wind blows, if air filters are running, or if there is any mechanical movement of the air within the vincinity of the person wearing this mask, the iridescent “cool flow” valve can blow right open all on its own. This renders the N95 function useless and defeats the entire point of wearing this mask. Have had to seal these valve completely closed with glue to make use of the remaining masks in this set. Such a waste of money and a real threat to safety. If you were planning to use this to prevent biological transmission, smoke inhalation, or to mitigate any other inhalation risk that requires an N95- do NOT buy this mask. Otherwise you will learn the hard way like I did. Major disappointment and have never had an issue with 3M masks before this mask, and have been buying their other masks for years. Having major trust issues after this incident.

That exhaust valve really helps me get the hot breath out before it can saturate the mask and fog my eyewear. They are well made and can be reused if cleaned properly. How many cleanings will depend on your environmental hazard type. My hazard is cleaning a/c evaporator coils that have accumulated dirt and possibly mold spores. I don’t usually see visible debris on the mask during this process, but the risk of airborne microbes is not worth the risk. When finished I spritz it with a (Walgreens brand) 10oz sprayer bottle of 91% isopropyl & wrap the mask in a mty food plastic bag by itself for later cleaning. I toss the bag, then steam the mask in a clean stainless sink using a hand held steamer with a pointed nozzle avoiding damage to the fragile vent flap device. After thorough drying, test the mask for proper function. If it passes this test, use a UV-Light Sterilizer as added insurance if you have one from covid days..?!I still wouldn’t push past 3-uses doing all this as it is not recommended to clean them for fear of valve damage and material damage. If you don’t need to save money, then just toss and replace as intended. RH-Tx

I like the way the valve works, but I do not have a very big head and these were quite small on the face.
