As expected arrived super quickly . It has own pouch in which the pillow is kept .Very convenient size for travel.Once out of the pouch quickly take shape thanks to the memory foam.Looks very nice and good quality.We used it once on 3.5 hours flight - it's a game changer regarding neck and head support.It is very soft and very comfortable.The passenger next to me asked me where I got it from .Easy to pack back into the pouch .

This travel pillow is decent for short trips, but I found the padding to be a bit too much. It tends to push against the back of my neck, making it slightly uncomfortable after a while. While the material feels soft and the design is stylish, the support/pillow quality could be better balanced. It’s lightweight and easy to pack, but I was hoping for more comfort during longer journeys. It’s okay, but not something I’d rely on for extended travel.

Bought this one after the cover on my previous one started to fall apart probably because I left it continually on the passenger dash board often in strong sunlight.I suffer with cervical spondylosis and when we are travelling any distance other than locally I tend to fall asleep while hubby is driving and this neck cushion keeps my neck supported and stops me from waking up with a stiff neck
