QA missed on this one
One of the brackets was drilled wrong for screw holes. The holes were supose to be drillee opposite of the mating bracket so the screw heads don't collide when closed. One hinge set was drilled correctly but the other was not. I has to drill additional holes in the bracket to correct this.
