Fine eye chard, but arrives in a tube and so curls
It's a great looking eye chart, just like the ones in your optometrist's office. However, it arrives rolled up and you have to figure out a way to uncurl it.

Easy solution to the biggest complaint
Nice, heavy duty plastic. The complaint I kept reading was that it was difficult to unroll to mount on a flat surface. After thinking about it, I rolled it in the opposite direction in the same small diameter as shipped with a couple of elastics, and stuck it back in the box. A couple of days later it rolled out flat as a board, no problem!
