I’ve been taking Jarrow’s MagMind for a few weeks now, and I can genuinely feel a difference in my mental clarity and focus. It’s one of the few magnesium supplements I’ve tried that actually seems to support cognitive function, just as described. I feel more mentally sharp throughout the day, and my sleep quality has even improved. No side effects, and the capsules are easy to take. Definitely a worthwhile supplement. I’m happy with the results and plan to keep using it!

and improvement in finding the right word which I had been struggling with. I was using another brand that also utilized Magnesium L-Threonate which apparently was just okay. A friend recommended this brand instead and after just a couple of weeks, there was a noticeable improvement overall in my mental processing. Highly recommend!

I opened the container of capsules and found that one of the capsules appears to have broken open. There is powder everywhere inside the container. Is it still safe to consume the capsules?

I did not notice that their month supply of 90 capsules in the past is now only 60. 2 capsules which is one serving is 1000 mg. The previous dose for the day was 3 capsules which was 2000 mg Magnesium L-Theonate. I find this very strange. Also the bottle now states, Supports cognition through increased focus and mental alertness as opposed to the original bottle which stated Supports Brain health, function and memory.Be careful when ordering as you will not be getting your previous dose.
