GeeekPi Case for Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W/Zero W, with Aluminum Case, 20Pin GPIO Header, Micro USB to OTG Adapter, Copper Heatsink, ON/Off Switch Cable (Black)

It was a nicer case than I was expecting. I use it for a device I throw in my bag when I go down the coffee shop. I like that it protects the device and still allows header pins to be available. I popped the included heat sinks etc on but don't think I really need then for my use. It would be nice with some better instructions, but the photo on amazon was probably all I really needed, just be aware of the correct orientation of the base is needed to avoid contact with the header pins. No problems with wifi in the case or with the heatsink attached.

Originally, I was a bit suspicious about if the product actually worked for my PI Zero 2 W, but I bought it anyway and was shocked at the results. Upon running Pi OS desktop x32, the pi usually runs at a temperature of around 44–55 °C, depending of what I use it for, but with this case on it, the CPU usually stays at around 40–44 °C, which is a massive improvement. I can't wait to see the temperature once I start overlocking it! Just remember to use the thermal pads for the black core and gently tear off the blue tape on the copper heatsink for the silver core, as seen in the pictures. As for the extra adaptors, they also work rather well and are perfect for a starter pack, especially the power cord with that little shutdown switch and the mini to HDMI adapter. The only thing is that I wish this also came with a USB hub and a wall adaptor, but that may be too much for a cheap starter pack like this. Overall, a good purchase, for me at least. I hope those who are thinking of buying this have good experiences with it as well!

But here's the real magic: temperature management. My previous setups would heat up like a small furnace, especially during longer computational tasks. This GeeekPi case is basically a giant heatsink. I was seeing extremely noticeable temperature drops compared to my old case. We're talking about preventing thermal throttling and maintaining consistent performance without adding a single fan. The build quality is top-notch too. The aluminum feels solid, the fit is precise, and it provides excellent protection without adding bulk. For anyone serious about their Raspberry Pi projects - whether you're building a home server, a retro gaming console, or just experimenting - this case is a game-changer. Seriously, if you're on the fence, just get it. Your Pi will thank you.

This is a really nice case. It feels sturdy and compact. I'm not really sure what the cables that are included are for, I really haven't found a use for them, but it's quite nice.

I really only wanted a case but was impressed at everything that was included. I ended up needing a GPIO header as well so this was a nice bonus. It fits in the case nicely and doesn't pose a risk of shorting so long as you assemble it correctly. There's a gap on one side of the case that gives enough clearance. You need to insert it into the pi, short side down, then solder it from the back.

Fits like a glove and perfect addition for my Pi Zero 2 W.

Very nicely made case - good accessories but the aluminum case (top and bottom) just kills the wifi signal. I tested with speedtest -cli and PI zero 2w shows download/upload *without* case is 40/30 mbs and *with* case on is 14/10 mbs. I'm 25 feet from router - pi zeros only get about 40mbs but this is a huge hit. Otherwise nice if you have a usb to ethernet dongle. Note: if they had made the bottom plastic speedtest with just the TOP case shows better wifi of 30/20 mbs

This "case" is much smaller than I though it would be. It offers no protection to the PCB contacts on the header, so maybe electrically not the greatest, but it's aluminum construction and heat sinks seem to work. I didn't initially notice all the heat sinks were included and made a copper transition piece. My Pi Zero sits at about 36 °C using the case. No idea what it would be without the case. I would definitely buy it again. Suggestion would be to reduce the number of thermal pads that are needed make the top of the heat sink so just a thin thermal pad layer is needed rather than multiple layers.

Hochwertiges Material und tolles Design, die Verarbeitung ist gut, die Wärme wird super abgeleitet. Auch der Zubehör funktioniert super. Die SD-Karte ist leicht erreichbar, was einen einfachen Austausch ermöglicht. Ich bin vollauf zufrieden.

Açıkçası çok bir beklentim yoktu, en azından dış kap olarak korusa yeter diyordum. Malzeme kalitesi beklediğimin çok üstünde. Metal CNC'de yapılmış, işçiliği çok iyi. Malzemesi de mermi gibi, buz gibi tutuyor. Şimdilik termal pedleri yapıştırmadan kullanıyorum, bu halde bile ısınma sorunu yaşamadım.
