Great starter, with a slight flaw
Kiddo loves the different animal, and the aesthetic design is clever and cute. HOWEVER, Iwish there were a way to keep the sticks on track to close on itself, without skewing to the side, causing a criss cross. It gets frustrating for the little guy, and sometimes has him giving up on them and asking for a fork. He'll get it after more practice, regardless. With the rubber design, though, I dont think this could be avoided.

Fun and Useful
We got these after the kids used similar ones at a Thai restaurant. The hardest part is keeping up with the pieces (the legs come off) because the kids play with them more than eat with them.

Great for Adults, Too.
Perfect for adults too! We eat a lot of asian food and have some family/friends who've never been good with chopsticks, but these are easy and a good laugh at the table.

Cute but too slippery.
I was really looking forward to getting chopsticks my kids could train with that are also really cute. They are really cute, but MUCH more slippery than my regular bamboo ones. My 5 year old enjoyed playing with them, but I think For training purposes, using the animal toppers with regular bamboo chopsticks will work much better.

Cheap but not worth it
These are actually harder to use than regular chopsticks or the old rubber band trick. I got them for my 3 yo to learn on, but the silicone makes the chopsticks wobble all over the place, they're not set in place. On top of that, they looked used or dirty when I got them out of the bag, yuck.I think I'm going to try to buy a different brand that keeps the chopsticks in place.

The blue one is an anteater
I originally thought the blue one was going to be an elephant but it’s actually an anteater.. not really fond of it but still does the job! These training chopsticks help because it is attached on the top by the animal. My niece still has a tough time with it but is getting used to it

Work great for 4+ year olds! Great quality, easy to clean!
They work great! My 4 and 5 year old kids love them. We tried making our own kid-friendly chopsticks with a paper and rubberband but these work so much easier. They are easy to clean, you can use regular wood chopsticks in them, and the work terrific. My kids are their entire Chinese dinner (except rice) with them. If you are thinking about getting these, take the risk, you'll love them!

Super Cute
The chopsticks are colorful and clean up well. They definitely seem food safe. They are easy to assemble and super cute. Can't wait until the next time we eat sushi!
