I purchased this for my best friend who like the strange and unusual and now Amazon wants me to buy 2 headed ducks and conjoined twin skeletons. So basically I've got her presents lined up for the next 3 years. So there's that.

I have had two I bought in Seattle years ago, and they seemed so lonely, I am so glad I ordered this because I was pleasantly surprised to receive a really unique one with lighter hair and a lot of exquisite detailing that made it the new centerpiece! Arrived quickly and came with a cute postcard! Thank you!

This is hollow. It is shaped leather with nothing inside. In the final analysis, I guess that is ok, but my real disappointment is the mouth on the one I received. The string goes only through the bottom 'lips' and does not sew the top and bottom shut. I'm not a shrunken head expert, but for whatever reason I thought the lips should be sewn closed. The mouth is a slightly open thin slit. Other than that I like that it was made in South America and it is interesting, but if I were going to buy another I think I would shop around a little longer.

This product is made very cheaply, the material is thin and the item is not constructed well at all. It’s just randomly covered in hair and has no detail to the face. I got this as a Christmas gift and it arrived on time, I was excited for my boy friend to get it but it’s not how the product is advertised. Not worth the price. I gave two stars because it arrived quickly.
