Every thing I needed.My closet flange on my RV toilet was leaking around the bottom because I had to remove it and used the same gasket, and now a year later, it's leaking. There's everything you need including, while you're at it, there's a bowl gasket that can only be replaced when it's upside down.It contains what it advertised.

Great fit and easy fix for toilet.

The key will be longevity. If your going to take everything out and apart it needs to last which I haven't had time to see. Also when installing the flush seal , it is a good idea to grease the seal during installation as well as from time to time . Flange was alright so it wasn't replaced.

Product is as described. We were unable to use the flange as our RV manufacture epoxy the flange to the black tube emptying into the black tank. Because the flange was cracked in several places we had to use a metal flange plate over the broken flange. We were able to use the hardware that came with this kit. Replacing the seal around the bottom of the toilet was super easy. I did not replace the bowl seal as that was still in good shape. Overall I was pleased with this product, just had to work around the inconvenience caused by the RV builder.
