Why is batter not sticking?

It is too hot! I noticed if I turn it off when I’m just about done with a previous crepe it cools down just enough to allow the batter to stick. If not it bubbles like crazy and batter won’t cover the entire surface

Is it free pfia? past the sgs test? can use in usa ? 120v

I am in the US using this and yes it’s 120V with US plug. I don’t know about pfia and sgs though.

Can you make an omelette?

I would say no, as there is no edge to hold the egg on the surface. Also, it cooks so quickly, you won't have time to add any other ingredients.
