Great game. Looking forward to playing it with my son. Fairly steep learning curve.

Very sick. The game is pretty fun too although many elements of its digital counterpart are not present. But the actual combat and upgrading is really fun. The gathering is a snooze and the only items represented in the game are potions. Palicos are kind of an afterthought: represented as a card with an ability on it to be used once per session. Stamina management is a big deal… that is not the case in the video game. But the card-based combat feels great, and i enjoy the campaign: hunting monsters to craft better gear so that i can slay larger and more terrible foes, that’s what’s its all about, yeah? The exploration is minimal and done prior to battling a monster. It functions like a choose-your-own-adventure story. You get a switch axe, insect glaive, charge blade and heavy bowgun in this set, so I recommend grabbing The Hunter’s Arsenal expansion if you want the Hunting Horn(which isn’t great, unfortunately),the Lance, the Gunlance and the Hammer. If you want the Dualiez, the Greatsword, Bow abd Sword and Shield, you’ll need the other core set, The Ancient Forest. That set will also give you additional monsters. In Wildspire you get Diablos(the mini is just insane) , Jyurotodus, Barroth and Pukei Pukei. There’s also Black Diablos, but the same mini is used for her. In the Ancient Forest set you get Rathalos (and Azure), Tobi Kadachi, Anjanath and Great Jagras. Personally, i like the Wildspire crew more, but they are both awesome. All the weapons have a different feel and the monsters are a good representation of their vgame clones. The cards are all linen finish and the board is nice,though I wish they would have given tokens for faints and for potions especially as well as more pages in the scoresheet notepad. The minis are just slamming. It’s a fun game. If you don’t expect a perfect representation of the video game, i think this will aid in deriving enjoyment from this product. I’m having a lot of fun.

La calidad de las figuras es muy impresionante. el estilo de juego adapta bien el digital y logra ser interesante por si solo. pensaria que el stamina board puede llegar a sentirse lento cuando hay muchos jugadores. La forma de manejar los ataques del monstruo es muy ingenuosa. Por fin puedo cambiar materiales de crafting con mis compañeros

Muy satisfecho la calidad de las figuras es muy buena los modelos son idénticos a los del juego de pc por ejemplo los cazadores tiene las lámparas de luciérnagas con la que se busca a los monstruos esculpida, necesita de una mesa de tamaño decente debido que el tablero es bastante grande pero la experiencia del gameplay es sencilla de entender pero tiene una capa de profundidad bastante disfrutable recomendado al 100%

Meraviglioso gioco da tavolo , un aggiunta all altro grande cofanetto,con miniature di altissimo livello, ispirato al grande successo capcom.

Las figuras son hermosas. Solo unas piezas no embonan a la perfeccion pero la calidad es maravillosa. El juego es divertido.
