Description
Get old world results with this can't fail, six step leafing method. The special adhesive stays tacky until leaf is applied allowing for long, unrushed application. Just brush on your basecoat, apply adhesive sizing, place on leaf, seal, apply antiquing glaze and then seal again. It's really easy and the results are top notch!

Waste of money 😕
First the area where I sealed it completely lost its shine, and then the silver leaf still tarnished under this sealant. Complete waste. And you can’t return this item. Boo!

YELLOWS BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used this instead of the speedball, which is water based; I was somewhat dissatisfied with the results of the speedball sealer and it is rather pricy.After using Gold Leaf Medium Satin Sealer 2 oz Jar once, I was VERY UNHAPPY. It yellowed my white background so that I had to paint over it; and it "clotted" on the canvas, leaving bumps where there should be none. I have thrown both bottles I purchased away. Back to Speedball's sealer for me!
