Wheel Balancing
The Right hand side wheel of the trolley is not perpendicular to the left wheel. I have tried my level best to speak to the seller but they are also not helping in the same.

Poor / Zero customer service
The brake does not work properly, from Day1 there was an issue with the left wheel. The vendor just gives timelines and doesn’t bother to address. Not sure what’s the option , Amazon should be more vigilant in onboarding such vendors
