Super Fast Wifi 6E Mesh Tri-Bands
Easy to install with guide. I use the Ethernet Backhaul connecting the 2 units to the main unit maximizing the speed. Fast WIFI 6E mesh system with 160mhz on 5ghz and 6ghz. Well designed easy to navigate web-ui and app. Has a built in Network Diagnosis which check WiFi Status checking the WiFi interference, air interface usage and packet error rate, Upstream Connection checking the connection status of the upstream device and whether the IP address is obtained properly, Ping Detection checking the connection between the device and internet/gateway, DNS Parse checking whether the DNS is normal, Bandwidth Test checking the network delay, jitter, negotiation speed and upload/download speed, and Router Status checking the memory and CPU usage. I find the Network Diagnosis quite useful. Tx rate within 10 feet is about 800mbps - 1225 mbps. The unit comes with a Quad-Core 1.7 Broadcom chip with 256MB of memory with a lite firmware making the unit super fast. Each unit has 7 antennas transmitting and receiving data to the terminal at the same time. Very satisfied with the product!

Worse than the Nest Wifi Pro that came with GFiber
There isn't much positive to say about this Mesh system. My 2-unit Nest that came with the GFiber outperforms this by a significant measure, both in coverage and throughput. None of my peripheral devices ever connected. Ever. Throughput on devices close to the units was around 180 up and down, where on the Nest I was seeing 480/390. I did update the firmware first thing, left DNS at defaults, allowed about 12 hours for beamforming, but no improvement. On the same day I returned it, I ordered the TPLink XE75, which has been more than satisfactory. Everything connects and speed tests are in the 700s consistently.

Very reliable
Have been using this mesh system for over a month with no issues, app is very easy and setup was quick, you can name the WiFi bands separate, wifi channels 36-64/149-161, you can also select your wifi channels manually if you want to mitigate interference, no cloud Managment, you can control your mesh remotely via app .

Love it
Never heard of Tenda before until 2023 Thanksgivings black Friday sale. Couldn't resist the sale price and decided to give it a try. The mesh really provides what I want: long range, decent speed, and separate SSIDs for 2.4 and 5.0 GHz. I have more 70 devices (most of them are IoT devices) and the mesh serves devices very well (no connections dropped, mesh nodes have not been crashed and rebooted for more than a month). I had been using Linksys and Asus meshes and they all dropped client connections once in awhile like 1 in a month and I had to reboot mesh nodes.

Doesn’t work at all
Fiddled with the mesh system for three hours and it didn’t acquire the ISP’s dynamic IP address. Tried all three of the units and none of them worked. When I connected my old router back of course I had to release the IP address from Tenda mesh 5700 6E, the old router connected right away. I even tried with a different router even that acquired the ISP’s IP address with no problems whatsoever. On the Tenda 6E axe5700 box 800 number is listed stating that support is available Mon-Sun 10am-6pm. Called them on a Saturday afternoon went straight to the voice message saying that they are open Mon-Fri. Emailed support on Saturday and someone responded on Tuesday. Waste of time on these cheap units. Looks like these units were released without proper evaluation in a rush.

Won’t connect to Xfinity until firmware update + MAC clone
his router (Tenda AXE5700 Mesh WiFi 6E / Nova MX21 Pro) would not connect to the internet out of the box. I spent hours troubleshooting, trying every possible setting: Dynamic IP (DHCP) Static IP using the same values as my working router MAC address cloning VLAN ID (0, 4095, blank) Resetting, changing ISP type to "Normal" Nothing worked. It kept saying “Connecting…” or “Server not responding.” Meanwhile, my older router connected to my Xfinity cable modem instantly. As a last-ditch effort, I connected the Tenda behind my old router just to see if it could reach its firmware update server — and lo and behold, there was a new firmware update released just days ago. After applying the firmware and cloning the MAC address of my old router, the device finally connected to the internet normally. So yes, it works — but only after manually upgrading the firmware using a workaround and applying MAC clone. This is not acceptable behavior for a $300 mesh system that's supposed to be plug-and-play. Tenda should be pushing out these critical updates more aggressively or pre-installing a working firmware version. As it is, the out-of-box experience is broken for any average consumer on Xfinity or similar ISPs. Do not expect this to work until you manually update the firmware and clone your old router’s MAC. Otherwise, it will fail to get an IP from your modem. Potentially good hardware ruined by poor QA and firmware rollout.

Good wifi
Have had for 2 weeks and all of well. Replaced my old tenda mesh. Very easy to install. Speeds are very fast, faster than my ISP can give. Ensure you use the backhaul wired eithernet, makes a big difference.

The speed goes up and down a lot of time and the top speed is not even that high

These are crap. I returned them and the seller says they refunded me, but they did not send the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Not happy with the quality of the product. It was really very frustrating that when all three router all of sudden stopped working after 1.5 months of use. I reset the router and configured it again but I feel all three router keep on disconnecting each other and giving lower speed. Amazon customer care didn’t help me and directed me to talk directly to the company which I was not expecting. Overall experience is so bad. I lost my money. I never recommend this product to anybody.

This thing keeps disconnecting. One node stops talking to the other node. You will be pissed. Garbage. Better spend a hundred more and get something useful.
