I've been taking plant sterols as a supplement for years rather than taking statins as I have inherited, from both parents, a tendency to high cholesterol levels, despite a healthy diet and exercise. They seem to be working to keep my cholesterol at a reasonable level if I take three tablets every day. I like that these particular ones can be broken in two to make them easier to swallow, and the price was very reasonable. I know I could reduce my cholesterol level more if I cut out lots of nice food I love to eat, but then I would be miserable, so plant sterols it is!

The package arrived quickly. It is a sturdy re-sealible bag so fairly environmentally friendly. I bought this again as the product is good value for money and has helped to keep my cholesterol down, according to my cardiac nurse. I intend staying with this company who also donate a % to charity.

Bought as had good reviews. I saw later that it can contain fish, crustaceans and molluscs - PLANT Stanols? I dont eat seafood or fish. My taste has changed after a few days, and the pill burns my throat. (I had previously had Omega x3 and everything tasted of fish so I then realised). No returns on this and it's expensive. Pity as I've said, it had pretty good reviews with people talking about Cholesterol going down with numbers.

Would love to give 5 stars but too soon to tell if they are lowering my husbands cholesterol. He is happy to carry on taking them as the statins given to him by the doctor make him ill. Delivery was quick and cost is reasonable

I’ve had to wait to give review on this ,but I think packaging is great ,simple no fuss.tablets are large but I don’t have a problem swallowing them ,you can break them in half if u want .now to the important bit .yes they work!i accidentally found out I had slightly high cholesterol at 6mol took these for 4 months along with changing my diet to plant base and my next test was 3.92mol well under the 5mol they say is acceptable .so very pleased .I took three tablets every day after my evening meal. Now I take a maintaince tablet and do eat lean meat again .i will retest in another four months to see how things are going. I really would try these before considering statins .

I am taking this product because the side affects of statins caused damage to my liver resulting in weight loss and I am already underweight. I took statins because I had a stroke and my cholesterol level was about 6. I am hoping that this product will keep my cholesterol levels within normal levels without having to resort to statins again. I have yet to have a repeat blood test so I cannot yet give an honest review. Break the tablets in half and swallow them with food such as a banana. If after the next blood test my cholesterol is good I will give these tablets 100%.

I didn’t write a review for this product because I wanted to see if they’d make a difference to my chorlesterol, well, they has been been, a really positive difference, my chorlesterol result in Sept 18 was 7.5, the hdl (bad) was 5.9 of this result, not good, I’ve been taken 3 tablets a day since September and I’ve just had a blood test in feb 19, my combined chorlesterol is 5.3, hdl (bad) is 1.7 and ldl (good) is now 3.2 and this is with no statins. Combine these tablets with a good diet and a little exercise and hopefully they’ll work for you.

I have taken three of these a day for around 6 months and my overall cholesterol has gone from 8 to 4. My GP was impressed! These were the most reasonably priced I could find, although they are large I don't have any trouble taking them and it is worth it for a natural remedy and to avoid medication.

Braucht Ersatz,da mein sonstiges Produkt nicht lieferbar. Leider zeigen die Laborwerte deutliche schlechtere Werte wie bei meinem ursprünglichen Produkt. Schade.
