I had some old combs that got damaged and have tried these ones for my 7474U model. The quality is great and combs are compatible. Unfortunately, I dropped one and got the edge damaged but it’s still usable as it didn’t shattered as the old ones.

These clipper guards are the only set of snap on clipper guards that I’ve ever liked. I’ve always disliked snap on clipper guards because they either pop off in the middle of a haircut, or they are equipped with springs that make them a pain to attach and remove, so I’ve always used magnetic guards until I bought and used these. They are very sturdy, they are very easy to attach and very easy to remove, and once they are snapped in place, they do not move around, they do not wiggle around or rattle, and most importantly, they stay on the clippers and do not pop off in the middle of a haircut. On top of that, they are very consistent and they don’t leave any lines when you’re using them- the cut is very clean. They’re also very durable and well built. I have finally found snap-on clipper guards that I love using in these and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a set of Babyliss clippers who wants to upgrade from the all-plastic guards that are included in the box with the clippers- you will not be disappointed at all.
