This smart lock has exceeded my expectations. The NFC and Bluetooth access make unlocking incredibly fast and convenient, and setup was straightforward. One of my favorite features is the audit trail, which lets me see exactly when the lock has been accessed. It’s a great feature for keeping track of family members, employees, or guests and adds an extra layer of peace of mind. The app is easy to use, the lock responds quickly, and everything has been reliable so far. Combined with its sleek design and dependable performance, this is an excellent smart lock that offers features typically found on much more expensive systems. Highly recommended.

Great locks. Very easy to use the app and secures my gates very well.

We had this lock for 2 months and without warning it suddenly stopped working. We didn't get a low battery notification or anything. Initially, when we'd go to unlock it, you'd have to make sure the lock was fully clamped in. If even a millimeter was slightly lifted, it wouldn't unlock. Like, the light would turn green and all and you'd hear it "unlock", but you couldn't get it to fully disengage. After 2 months of that headache, it just died. It doesn't work at all at this point. It won't turn on. It won't charge. It won't unlock. It's completely dead and useless. Strongly do not recommend wasting your money or heartache for a bad Friday morning when you find yourself unable to get to work. Ugh!

I wanted a smartlock for the gates in that lead to the backyard so when I'm gone, I can let the dogs run free without concern that someone will let them out. It would be fantastic if I could manage the lock remotely but with the consumer version its not easy. The lock uses bluetooth or an NFC tag which is nice but there's no way to let someone in the yard without physically being near the lock OR having them download the app, register, and then send them an invite (which does allow for temp or timed access). I do love that it's very heavy duty, salt resistant and water resistant. I live in Florida so almost everything outside thats metal corrodes or seizes and batteries do not last long. This is a nice heavy duty, all weather lock but the lack of a way to conveniently let someone in remotely and the lack of a physical unlock method (no fingerprint, keypad or physical key) makes it great in unique situations. If I put this lock on the shed or either of the gates to the back yard, my wife will never use it. It's not intuitive and requires a fob (which I found to be questionable at best) or the app AND within very short Bluetooth range. I almost loved it. I know they offer a subscription for services to manage access and the locks but they have no WiFi capability so this is likely more useful on the commercial end where you can have your employees download the app and register and access multiple locks. I assume the logging is better on the commercial app but the user app...you have to be standing next to the lock, wake it up and then download the log. In short, for almost $80 it's going to be used by someone who has a unique spot use.

It's my first time buying a smart lock. I needed a durable, keyless padlock for my Malaysia home, something that could withstand the hot and rainy weather and be shared with family members without any worry. The long shackle makes installation easy on the gate frame and the NFC tag is foolproof for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Even my grandparents are able to use the tag and open the lock.

ich habe 4 Stück davon bestellt - nun, wenn es eingerichtet und läuft, dann ist das Schloss tipptopp, aber leider kann man sich nicht darauf verlassen. 1 Schloss war von Anfang an defekt - funktionierte nur mit einigen Schlüsseln, aber nicht mit nicht mit allen, obwohl die Tags richtig synchronisiert waren. Die anderen 3 Schlösser waren nun seit 3 Monaten im Einsatz. Eines davon ging plötzlich nicht mehr (Batterieanzeige war noch bei 50%). Zuerst gingen wir davon aus, dass es an der Batterie lag und haben das Schloss wieder aufgeladen. Doch Fehlalarm - das Schloss liess mit keiner uns bekannten Weise öffnen, weder mit dem Schlüssel noch mit dem Handy noch sonst irgendwie. Wir mussten das Schloss dann mit der Handkreissäge "öffnen". Generell: wenn es läuft, dann sind die Schlösser einfach zu bedienen, aber die Zuverlässigkeit lässt extrem zu wünschen übrig. Nach 3 Monaten laufen nur 2 von 4 Schlösser zuverlässig und wer weiss wie lange die anderen beiden tatsächlich laufen. Ausserdem kostet die Software ziemlich viel für nur wenig Nutzen, aber man braucht sie trotzdem, wenn man wie wir das Schloss für mehrere Personen brauchen will. Ich versuche nun schon seit verschiedenen Stunden die Garantie für die 2 beiden defekten Geräte einzufordern, aber auch hier hört dann der Nutzen auf, der chinesischen Firma - keine Ahnung, wie ich das machen soll...

付属のNFCタグによる解錠は可能ですが、スマホ内蔵のNFCによる近接解錠機能はありません。 このため解錠操作は、専用アプリからの操作が基本であり想定よりは手間でした(といっても大したことじゃないですが)。 作りは悪くなく、その他の点では満足できるかと思います。

I have been looking for good quality padlocks for my family, and this eGeetouch smart padlock has been a delight to use! The lightweight smart tag that is used to open the lock responds fast after contact and is definitely preferable to regular keys, and is very easy to use. The lock also responds well with the mobile app, which gives additional options for opening and closing the lock. I would definitely recommend this padlock for your personal security needs.

I wanted to purchase some padlocks for my family, and wanted to try out this brand of smart padlocks. So far I am quite impressed with how the smart padlock functions, that I can use either the app in my mobile phone to open the lock, or use the smart tag included in the purchase. Both the app and smart tag responds well with the lock, and is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this lock for your personal security needs.
