**Q: What is the expiration time frame?**
A: Empty the bottle, rinse with soap and water, allow to air dry, using a magnifying glass and black light you'll be able to see the exp date on the inside of the bottle. Just messing. Look on the bottom of the bottle.

**Q: How long before a difference is noticed for sore/stiff knees?**
A: I took took fish oil twice a day and (3) joint warfare tablets in the morning for a week straight when the results started to become evident. Keep in mind this is an anti inflammatory supplement so depending on his inflamed your joints are will depend on how quickly you’ll see results. However if I don’t take them for more than 2 days I definitely feel the stiffness come back. Get the warfare and some fish/Kril oil and go jack some steel.

**Q: Can women take it?**
A: Yes women can take it. It doesn't have anything within it that affects men more than women or vice versa.

**Q: Why doesn't he include Chondroitin ?**
A: Yes, absolutely!

First off I love Jocko’s products and I am so excited that they are available on Amazon with prime shipping!!! My husband has tried quit a few of his supplements with excellent results and this is no exception! My husband works out quit a bit and is a contractor. He puts a lot of demands on his body. This was starting to become evident when he began to experience pain in his joints. His knees were getting so uncomfortable it made it difficult to do the things he wanted and needed to do! He noticed a difference in the pain control and mobility of his knees after two weeks and a huge improvement after a month! We are so very grateful for this product, it is definitely one he will not be without! We were actually shocked by how well it worked we thought it might make an improvement but didn’t realize the improvement would be this great! If you are struggling with pain in your joints do not let the price of this supplement be a deterrent! It might seem pricey but it lasts for two months and you really cannot put a price on a product that gives you your mobility back!
