These will fit, but the material, durability, and value is poor compared to OEM from Lenovo.
I purchased these as a replacement for my ThinkPad X1 Nano.The good: The fit is perfect, and they work fine when new.The bad: The quality of the material is very poor, and the little nubs on two of them already wore down until they were completely smooth in about a month each.The ugly: The value - I found out later than you can buy a bag of 10 OEM trackpoint caps directly from Lenovo for $11, compared to the $9 I paid for 3 of these.Summary: These will work in a pinch if you need something shipped to you quickly, but if you can wait I highly recommend ordering OEM replacements directly from Lenovo instead.

Low quality, not as good as stock trackpoints
Feels completely different from Lenovo's stock trackpoints. It tracks grease, causing the finger to slide off the nub quickly. It was very difficult to move the cursor around, even after drastically adjusting sensitivity. I would not recommend it, but I suppose it's fine if you don't plan to use the trackpoint and just need something to fill the slot.

Buy another brand
These are absolute crap. Buy a different brand. The rubber is too hard and the knurls are too small. There is no fingertip grip at all. These new are absolutely worse than the years-old worn down one I bought them to replace.

wish they were larger and softer
They do fit a Lenovo P51. I wish they were larger and softer.

Don’t like these at all
Was looking for a replacement for a X1 Yoga. These have a slightly smaller diameter than the original. This isn’t a major problem. But, as you can tell from the photo (these on left, original on right), these are also shorter and the top has little dome. This makes the button top sit below the top of the keyboard keys. The rubber is also slippery. The flat top, asymmetrical shape and slick rubber make these very difficult to use. Maybe I got a bad batch, but they’re definitely going back.

Not durable, wears out way too fast
Wears out way too quick - it's been only two months, and it is already time to replace. My last one lasted years.

Used for 3 days, crumbled and gone. Rubber weak, complete waste of money
