Love them
I use pens a lot at work and these 0.7mm multi color pens plus pencil are perfect. The only downside is they are pricey. I say they are worth the price, especially when they go on sale. Don’t lose them though! There are refills for the inks but it can be hard to find them, even on Amazon. I mostly go through the blue and black inks faster than the others. The pencil function is so useful! They aren’t too thick in grasping. I find they are the perfect pen/pencil.

One best practical everyday pen I've owned
This is my fourth one. It's just a great pen and the addition of the pencil is the icing on the cake. My fourth one since I lost the other 3 or they grew legs and walked away.

Very excellent, writes so smooth and no smudges--good for lefties
excellent, if you have specific questions please feel free to email me. writes so smooth--I am very picky about pens and this was a risk I thought bc I am never happy with multicolored pens. Since they can be so useful (esp for nurses) I thought I would take a chance based on the good reviews and the look of the pen. No regrets. Love pencils too and so far the pencil is good too. No complaints. I was so impressed that I showed it to my son who is left handed and the first thing he did was the smudge test and I laughed--it passed. Will update as time goes on. update: I lost my pen! very unlike me to misplace a needed item. After giving it a few days to turn up, I ordered another one a few minutes ago because I liked it so much. Then went down to get a load of laundry out of the dryer and whatayaknow, there it was in two pieces. :( I put it back together and gave it a doubtfilled try, and dang! it worked just as before! Through a washer and dryer cycle, no leaks, went back together and works like a $10 pen should. Thought you should know.

Super versatile, mechanical pencil and the color green are slightly off
I like taking multi colored notes, but used to I get laughed at for carrying 30 pens in my pocket at any given time. Enter the uni JETSTREAM 4&1. Now instead of carrying 3 pens around with me, I've got one - and a bonus color... AND a mechanical pencil. Take that, people who used to laugh at me. Now I'm finally cool enough. Pros: + The colors red, blue, and black (not a color, I know) are all buttery smooth to write with + So much functionality in so small a space + 4 colors AND a mechanical pencil... and eraser?!? Cons: - The color green doesn't write very smoothly. It's gotten a little better with use, but it may just be something with green ink. It's definitely not a deal breaker. - The mechanical pencil is a bit clunky to use (truth be told it took me awhile to realize it was the clip portion of the pen that did that). It sometimes retracts when I'm looking to click out some more lead. Also, I am confident I will one day break off the clip, just like I typically do. Really, neither one of those is a deal breaker, and if you're considering getting this, it's well worth it. ... plus, all the cool kids are getting one.

Go-To Work pen
I use many different pens through out the day/week/year. I don't know, I guess I have a problem. But now that I've discovered Jetstream makes a "parker style (G2)" refill that I can use in many of my existing pens and buy more pen options now, I've exclusively been using nicer, metallic more profesionally options. So while I still switch pens all the time, they're the same inside because they're all Jetstreams. It's the only ballpoint I can and will use now. But this review is about this particular Jetstream pen. The smoothness and darkness of the colors is all there as with any Jetstream. I did buy refills for this as this pen is my workhorse used at work. I take notes in meetings and color code the sections and topics. I hated the "other" brands of multi-color pens because in the end, they were the standard oil-based ballpoint (clumps, skips, have to press hard, not smooth) and I would quit using them after a few tries. This Jetstream solved that. If you like or are familiar with Jetstream pens, this is no different, except for the larger size and choice of colors with a simple click. If you don't know what Jetstream is, then give this or any of their other pens (by Uni-Ball) a try. It's the only ballpoint worth using.

Okay pen, not all the colors work though
Some of the pen colors are really hard to get going, and it doesnt work as well as I would have hoped. I had high hopes as I normally love jetstream products.

Smooth fine writing action, perfect for color-coding your notes
In recent experience, I have found myself increasingly using colors in my notes to distinguish some ideas from others. For example, preparing for a meeting, I will use a blue pen to write my pre-meeting notes; during the meeting, I will fill in ideas using a brighter color, such as red. Sometimes, I will write the general notes in black, but use red to highlight action items, and green to indicate follow-up questions I have for later. You look a little silly sitting in a meeting constantly switching pens, so I looked for a multi-color pen solution. My first thought was the old blue-and-white BIC pens. However, I don't like ballpoint, and I wanted something that looks more elegant. The Uni Jetstream 4-color pen works really well for me. I can seamlessly switch colors to categorize my notes within the same page. It is a fine point, meaning there is very little bleed on the page, and the writing is also very smooth and seamless. I still use my various colored pens when working at my desk, but I always take the Uni Jetstream to every meeting.

Colores vivos, tinta de secado ultrarrápido (ideal para zurdos como yo) y lápiz con goma. Sería perfecto si fuera un poco más fino, pero no se puede tener todo. El envío muy rápido y en perfecto estado. Repetiré
