Lots of dried ginger. Exactly as expected. Very pretty sandy color, very potent smell when opened. Cannot wait to use this.

I thought there would be more in the bag since it’s really cut up. It was enough to fill about a half gallon mason jar. I like to use this product in my herbal tea that I make in the morning. The product itself is really good quality just there’s not a lot of it for the price, but I would definitely order it again because it adds great flavor to my tea.
