Review: Gel Ice Pack - LOVE THESE!!! I bought four!!! I had ORIF surgery for a broken fibula and these were awesome in helping to reduce swelling and bruising. The ice pack wrapped completely around my calf and stayed cold for over an hour. I removed the pack after an hour and it was still a bit cold. These freeze well, maintain the icy cold, easy to use, comfortable and the velcro strap is a must!!!

It folds into a a uniform rectangular shape or can be refrozen flat. The strap works OK and has a velcro end to wrap around smaller parts and there is a slot to insert the strap for larger areas.
