XiaomiSmart Band 8 (Global Version)

July will mark 1 year since owning this watch and I absolutely love it. Heart rate tracker is incredibly accurate and comes in clutch especially during workouts. The step count, sleep tracker, battery life are the best and my most used features. As a nurse I also appreciate the built in timer and the water resistance! Apps can also be sorted for your convenience through the Mi Fitness app instead of having to scroll and find what you’re looking for. I will be buying a different band that is more secure as the only issue I’ve had with this watch thus far is the standard black band getting caught and coming undone on things. It just pops loose and I don’t like that. However, overall an excellent watch!

I've had this for a few months now, and no problems so far. It's got great features, counts calories and steps well, it has a lot of workouts to choose from and gives a pretty good report of them afterwards with a bunch of stats. It's really easy to use, you can sync with your phone to get messages/notifications on it (can't reply to them, but you can see them on the watch). The BEST part imo is the battery life, it charges to 100% within an hour I'd say, and the battery then lasts for about two weeks, and it notifies you when it's below ten and 5 percent.

This serves the purpose I need, which is a basic watch (with alarm, timer, etc.) and step counter/exercise monitor. I mainly use it to measure the quality of my workouts. It has a lot of functions that not everyone might use, but you can easily adjust the settings to toggle functions on/off. Battery life is great, at around two weeks per charge (but I'm sure that would be greatly diminished by having location turned on). So far, I've had no issues with it syncing to the Mi Fitness app.

Bought this and it died after less than a year of use. The build quality is terrible and there is no warranty support from the seller or manufacturer. Have used Xiaomi band since band 2 and so disappointed with this one. The back cover comes loose easily and water gets despite it being rated for swimming! it died while i was washing my hands.

This is as good as any other "fit" device. It will not do texting but will receive messages. It will only buzz, no bing bong.Its a China app and all data is sent to China. But the app is actually a full functioning app and will allow for pushing data to google or other fit apps on your phone.Colorful display, several default options to allow for custom look.

I love this watch, I’ve been wearing it since September 2024 with no issues. I charge it for like 30 minutes and wear it for 2 weeks at best.It’s small and cute, and I got some bands so it’s not overly bulky with my more formal attire. I never got a screen protector but it’s still veryscratch free. I don’t ever take it off, the screen is sensitive so with water contact, it will touch on its own, totally fine.I wish it was more compatible with my iPhone fitness/health app but I guess this is what I get for the price I paid.Now, 6 months later and this is my screen. No life, left is in rice, and just morning. This randomly happened this weekend. It lasted a few minutes then the screen came back, weird. Then it happened again and just never left.I love the brand, and the cost especially so I am thinking to buy a bigger and later model to replace this since I cannot return but I am bummed out. 6 months is such a short time.

Bought this tracker to replace my Fb4 which decided to brick itself one day while charging. I've grown to love this tracker and when purchased (8/2024), a recent app update allowed more customization which were welcome. Things have been going great then recently my band broke, more specifically the loop that holds the band. Found replacement online and it was easy to swap out. A week or later (yesterday) I noticed my tracker wasn't responding to touch. Thinking the battery died, I plugged in the charger, battery is at 29%, screen works, doesn't appear to be damaged, just no touch response. I've noticed the back cover is loose too. I'm thinking moisture has seeped inside and that's causing the issues with the screen not responding.
