Very nice system. Easy to use and fully functional for what we need. We have two separate lines. If we are on line 1 when a phone call comes in for that line, it rolls over to line 2. We had to have the phone company set it up for us, but the phone works so well for this. It also has an answering system for each line so for home-based business that have separate lines (not rolled over), this could prove to be very beneficial. Also, you can select a time frame for the message to be set. For example, during business hours, you may have one outgoing message but then after, say 5:00, it can be set to have an after-hours outgoing message. Overall, this phone is fantastic for the price.

Over the past 5 years I have repeatedly used Amazon.com for items from hygiene to business to kitchen wares -- you name it. There has only been one occasion when I have not been satisfied with what I ordered and that was because I ordered the incorrect part number. All other items have arrived on time, or earlier than promised. As an Amazon Prime member I seek those orders that offer the prime logo and enjoy the free 2-day shipping. Many times the 2-day shipping ends up being the next day due to Amazon's wide distribution system. So it's always a great surprise to receive something that's already being delivered for free -- even earlier. This comments entry is not just for a few items -- this relates to 5 years of dozens and dozens of orders.

I ordered a total of 5 phones (two corded and three cordless). So far they are great. I had a little trouble setting them up - but that was my fault. I made one silly mistake and plugged in both corded phone. I called for help on installing and within minutes the phone were working. Both the phones and the help line was great.

I've had this base station and additional handset for one month and will be throwing it away. The handset has just stopped working for some reason, which shouldn't be a surprise considering that the touchpad started to slowly stop working this past week. Also, the audio quality is one of the worse. You sound echoey and like you're in tin box on the corded phone, while the handset would beep intermittently while you're speaking with someone. Luckily only you hear it, but it is annoying and distracting. Also, if you buy this phone to use it in conjuntion with a cordless headset you can only buy RCA's cordless headset which is an even bigger piece of crap than this whole system. Overall, don't waste your cash!

Bought this phone for a home office.Pros:The look is sleek and modern. The handset has good sound quality. Having the additional wireless is useful.Cons:The functionality of the phone leaves a lot to be desired. Navigating through the phone is cumbersome. One of the main functions I use is speaker phone. You are unable to adjust the volume and sound quality if poor. Also people have a hard time hearing me when set to speaker phone.Overall:If I could redo, I probably would look for another phone. Not the greatest phone for everyday use.

Very Happy with it so far..(30 days)I use it for dispatching from home. If you need a phone for 10 people in an office this phone might not be for you,but if you need it for 1-3 people and 2 lines it's perfect. the only thing i wish was different on this phone isthat...answering machine ON or OFF would be done with a quick push of a button and not by going throughabout 4,5 pushes from the menu.. Other than that, i have not found anything to complain about yet...

Phone has a lot of nice features and functionality and was easy to set up. We use it for our home office and there is a lot of capacity for holding voice mail messages. I would buy it again.

It is a beautiful looking phone. I, on the other hand, have had difficulty in setting up the features on the base phone - not touched the handsets yet. I can be talking to someone and suddenly it sounds like I am in a tunnel. Switching from the handset to the base is not good quality sound. I have had a lot of trouble with this set. The other issue is I have voice recording through Comcast on my answering system with them. Took a lot of playing around to get the phone systems answering program turned off. I still after a month have two other issues I cannot fix. Speed dial set up and redial. When I redial it does not dial my local area code for our area. We are on a 10 number dialing since we have more than one area code for SLC and surrounding areas. RCA tech support is no help nor are the instructions for setting up. Not detailed enough for a not to tech savvy person.
