The Minimass Knife Sharpening Kit is outstanding! Even as a person who really never cooked before, I have gotten AMAZING use out of it. It’s made taking care of my knives easy, efficient, and SAFE!I’d never thought much about taking care of knives or how to keep them sharp until I bought a kit for a friend as a Christmas gift It seemed unique and my friend is a wannabe chef so it seemed like a natural. Fast-forward to the New Year’s Eve and I’m helping out in the kitchen with the clean-up [which I HATE] and, I have to admit it, I was BLOWN AWAY! A job that I thought was going to take at least twenty-five minutes took less than ten! Not ONLY that but I had been worried about cutting myself but, with the gloves, I didn’t worry at all!
