Been using it for a while now and found it very useful as I'm quite tall and get pains in my upper back due to Mt posture and age standing up working for more than 5 minutes, like for cooking and washing up dishes, wearing this keeps my posture correct and the pain is a lot less, don't need to take breaks as much.It has these metal bars inside which I think is how it does it.In terms of size, I'm 6'5" 110kg, ordered xxl which in hindsight should have ordered xl but it has a lot of room for adjustment, and the material used is good, I washed mine and it was fine, which is why I'm giving it a 5 star.

Very useful and helped improve my wifes back pain immediately. She works from home and sits long hours. This is comfortable and supports the posture well. Only flip side is that can be tiring if kept for long but thats a good thing because its recommended to get out of chair and move around anyways .

Decent quality, seems quite tough. Not uncomfortable at all, am very pleased with product. One Star missing because I was impressed to find a used plaster stuck to it, 🫢

This has really helped with managing periods of back pain, it effectively trains you to hold a better posture whilst providing comfort and support through the brace. Now without the brace on, I can notice myself naturally holding a better posture.

It helps - makes you think consciously more about posture when wearing.
