Reasonable price for a 1-year supply. Small round tables, so easy to swallow. I just purchased and started using it, so no noticeable effects yet. I hope that this does what it says it will and that it's fit for purpose. The contents smell fresh and good. The bottle is small and compact, so it will not take up much space in your cupboard. So far I have nothing negative to say about this product, however, time will tell, and I will sure to review it if my mind is changed. I have taken pictures of the labeling so all chemists out there can be better judges.

I've been using these since lockdown daily, so a few (5) years now and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for high dose vitamin D tablets. They are easy to swallow and now they come in resealable (zip-lock type bags) which takes up less space and I guess less unnecessary plastic bottles (for the environment) as they previously came in blue plastic jars which are great but were largely empty. I have mine from before so just decant some into the bottles from older orders I have. (I've shared photos of both to this review). I noticed when I stopped taking these (when I ran out last year some time), I definitely felt more tired in general and also even when I tried a more regular lower dose vit D from elsewhere. So I reordered these once more. They have no detectable taste or smell and I feel they are of decent quality and seem effective for me. I generally don't get colds very often - don't know if it that has any correlation to vit D levels and my health in that regard for sure - but just in case anyone is wondering. I think it may have something to do with it. Hope this helps anyone wondering if they should purchase these.

I take these reguarly as I have osteoporosis, they are a nice size and very easy to swallow and no nasty taste. Very good that I have a years supply and think it is good value for money.

I bought these ones because I thought great - it's supported by the vegetarian society and its good value and a company that screams about making climate change with its packaging. But I was wrong about the packaging. What a tremendous waste of space in the bottle! Not even a 3rd full so 2 3rd wasted space. Yes they are small and therefore easy to swallow.
