don't buy this product most waahiad product I ever saw. Waste of money electric hot bag even hot water bags are far more better than this,I got this product 3 days ago and within 3 days sometime its works sometime not even the brand is so new that in there official website they are using normal Gmail Id for support.Heating is good,vibration does not affect at allproduct build quality is good but not sure is it good for long term use or not (Only able to use for 5 min and next day it does not turn on)If I am only buying hot bag in the market there are lots of products under 500 and those are very good
