These take a bit getting used to and use more pastrythan you think, hence 4 star. After a couple I got the hang of them. I floured the bottom half as they were difficult to get out at first. Then instead of laying top pastry on other side I laid it on filled bottom then closed it. Don't fill them too much as they won't crimp properly. These are savory and I'm looking forward to doing sweet very soon. All in all a good product for doing different shaped minced pies and savoury pies at Christmas. I'd definitely recommend them

Larger than i thought they would be & very plastic, i purchased them to make mince pies for Christmas, but they are too large for that & the confusing thing is that they are plain on the inside where you mould the pastry & the only pattern/design is on the outside. So I haven't used them yet as don't know what to use them for at the moment
