FANTASTIC TAP
A fantastic tap. Fabulous, we love it! A contemporary and beautiful addition to our kitchen. Brilliant price and extremely sturdy. Husband cannot wait to wash the pots now, which is a first.

Very smart
We have just had this installed and it is a very smart tap, strange how you can get excited about a tap !!!! It is modern and works as it should, unlike the previous tap......well worth the money.

Solid Tap, Fixtures a bit rubbish
Firstly want to say it’s a lovely tap & feels good quality.A couple of cons though. The instruction manual in the box is for a different tap, plus the fixture that supports the tap from underneath, is cheap plastic, which doesn’t hold the tap in place (we’re off to buy a brass one).

Great tap for the price, and most important no leaks.
The media could not be loaded. Tap arrived well packed. Instructions are not the best on what goes on first or what each of the parts are but the video on the product makes it so easy to install, all products should have video instructions.This is so easy to instal that you don’t need a plumber to do it.What I like the most is that is not very tall like other taps and can reach easily all over my sink.I am not able to comment on durability yet, hopefully I will remember in a year time to update my review.So far very happy with it bare in mind I just installed it.

Smooth fitting, very good product

Brass nut deforms because too thin!!
Mixer tap looks great, however, the hose nuts are enclosed so extremely difficult to tighten fully. The main fault though is the brass nut which is only 0.3mm thick and is impossible to tighten fully without it deforming completely. I had to attempt to glue it in place so that the whole tap assembly didn’t rotate. I am now not confident that my new tap will be fixed to my kitchen counter top.
