I got this posture corrector because I have a rotator cuff impingement and my ortho told me that I have to improve my posture to improve the impingement. This has helped me beyond anything I could have done on my own. First of all its comfortable. Now thats not to say that it doesnt take getting used to because it does, and if you wear it too long it can cause quite a bit of discomfort but once you find the sweet spot and lean into it then it's the best thing to help out with posture. It holds me upright, its very high quality and the velcro is super. It also has an extra extender so if you have a little more fluff it's still going to work great. I definitely recommend it.

Arrived in 2 days. I did the measuring and went by the size chart but it still runs a little small. Using the extension helps. Will take a few days to get used to having something wrapped around me.

After about six weeks of regular use, my honest assessment is that it's a middle-of-the-road product — not bad enough to return, not good enough to wholeheartedly recommend. The fit is workable but not great. I ordered the X-Large based on the size chart and it fits, but the adjustability range feels a bit narrow. Getting the tension exactly right took a lot of trial and error, and even now I find myself readjusting throughout the day. The shoulder straps have a tendency to shift, especially when I'm moving around rather than sitting at a desk. Comfort is acceptable for short sessions. For 30 to 45 minutes at a time, it does its job without being unbearable. Push past an hour and the straps start to dig into the underarms in a way that gets genuinely distracting. I had hoped to wear it longer to build the habit, but discomfort always cuts my sessions short. It does provide a noticeable reminder to sit up straight. That part works. Every time I start to slouch, the brace creates enough resistance to cue me to correct my posture. Whether that translates into lasting improvement over time, I honestly can't say yet — six weeks in, I notice small improvements but nothing dramatic. The material is decent but gets warm quickly. Wearing it under a shirt on anything warmer than a cool day gets uncomfortable fast. Breathability is not this product's strong suit. For scoliosis specifically, I'd manage expectations. The listing mentions scoliosis support, but this is a general posture brace, not a medical-grade orthopedic device. If you're dealing with a diagnosed spinal condition, please consult a professional before relying on something like this. For mild posture awareness and light daily reminders to sit straighter, it gets the job done at a reasonable price. Just don't expect it to be a complete solution.

barely fit over my shoulders, the belt was over my stomach (not my waistline) and the straps were dangling somewhere behind my back where I couldn't reach. Ordered an XL but wasn't even close to fitting. Returning I gave it 2 stars for build quality and it does stretch and seems like it would be nice if it actually fit.

I've let some posture issues go unchecked for a long time and this has helped me. The adjustable straps help in pulling my shoulders back as I always feel as though I'm sinking into myself. This pulls them back and helps to keep proper form. After a long day being hunched over, I noticed little to no pain and was able to move about freely the next day. The nylon straps hold tight and the neoprene-like material stretches nicely. After extended use, it will rub the armpits and cause a little discomfort. It was suggested to wear for 2 hours and I pushed it to 8 hours. This is very low profile, I didn't notice any obvious lines in a dress shirt, polo, or t-shirt. Friends failed to notice as well. The velcro that secures the waistband and nylon straps is strong and doesn't break loose. Its also very convenient and quick to adjust and offers support in the spot between my shoulder blades that gives me issues. I'm glad I took a chance on this, hopefully it will help you as well.
