went for a track day today and tried out this unit all i can say its better than any of the other unit the lads have electric start works every time and the remote start worked like a dream, the noise levels are brilliant and fuel consumption is second to none recommend to anyone who wants a unit you can trust. i checked out every make out there before buying this.

A good genny BUT if it goes wrong (60 hours use only) you'll have to send it back to Germany AT YOUR OWN COST! This is hideously expensive.Customer service is not what you'd expect.Definitely wouldn't buy another, will be looking for a company with UK operation or service centre.UPDATE: After posting the above Denqbar contacted me again and agreed to collect and repair the machine at their cost. This has now been done and the generator returned.It all seems to be working well.As previously said it is a good generator, certainly better than the Chinese brand alternatives. It is quiet, easy to use and the remote works properly.Kudos to the power of the 'Amazon Review'. :-)

Gerät ist wie erwartet, Verarbeitung ist super und was man bis jetzt sagen kann, sehr sparsam im Benzinverbrauch.Wir hatten auch leichte Startschwierigkeiten, doch der telefonische Kundendienst hatte die passenden Tipps und dann lief alles wunderbar.Gerade die Funkfernbedienung ist für mich perfekt ...Bisher lief der Generator täglich 2-4 Stunden, startet immer - auch wenn es kalt ist Bayern.Kauf ist absolut zu empfehlen!Was zu bemängeln ist, die Lieferung!Da kann zwar Denqbar nicht unbedingt was für, doch den Lieferservice hat ja Denqbar gewählt.Der GLS-Fahrer hat sich geweigert, die Lieferung in den ersten Stock zu tragen - auch nicht, als ich darum gebeten habe, weil ich gehbehindert bin.Weder hier noch im Lieferschein ist der Artikel als Sperrgut ausgewiesen, daher erwarte ich eine Lieferung vor die Türe.Hätte ich den Generator nicht am nächsten Tag unbedingt gebraucht, hätte ich die Lieferung nicht angenommen.Da sich Probleme mit GLS häufen, werde ich künftig jede Bestellung stornieren - wenn GLS anliefert!

L'appareil fut livré rapidement, c'est le seul élément positif. Je ne l'ai pas retourné à cause de son poids, mais ne le recommande pas pour les raisons suivantes :1. Il est très bruyant - il ne fait pas 65 mais un bon 92-94 db. On ne peut donc pas parler à proximité (même dans le caisson isolant où il se trouve)2. Le démarrage à froid est catastrophique ... on doit pomper entre 20 et 30 fois pour l'arrivée d'essence et on ne sait jamais à quel moment il faut arrêter pour ne pas noyer le système.3. Il chauffe énormément (voire anormalement) après plus de 15 min d'utilisation.4. Si la télécommande est une idée merveilleuse, l'appareil ne démarre qu'au 4ème ou 5ème essai.5. Les finitions sont médiocres. Le filtre a essence était tombé à l'intérieur du réservoir à la réception de l'appareil et il a fallu passer beaucoup de temps pour l'en extraire.5. Il n'y a aucune indication ni en anglais ni en français et je ne sais toujours pas comment sortir la batterie en cas de problème (si cela est possible, d'ailleurs)6. Une indication du niveau d'essence aurait pu être ajoutée facilement aux indications du tableau de bord.7. Le moteur s'étouffe après un certain temps, même avec la valve de l'essence ouverte. Il faut ouvrir le bouchon d'essence, mais Attention à la dépression qui s'ensuit !8. Appareil conçu pour être placé dans un endroit où l'échappement peut se faire par la droite. L'inverse rend son utilisation compliquée.9. Denqbar ne répond pas aux messages lorsqu'on les contacte.10. En cas de problème, je pense qu'il faut oublier la garantie et je ne sais pas toujours pas chez qui il faut aller pour faire réparer l'appareil.
