The sound was good, but devices kept falling out of ears. We tried with and without sensor tips. When I asked Lucid Audio about what can be done, they did not respond. Second time I asked, they responded with description of the sensor tips included.So device was not great, and the service is even worse.

Yes I received the item. I had to email to question how the volume was adjusted. Justine sent that info to me. It would be nice if you had included a small instruction booklet instead of that one piece of paper with the items. Also, you included a cleaning tool. Again no instructions on what or where or how to clean the product. I am still working on adjusting the volume to a comfortable level for me. I do like that it is in the ear and not over it. Other than the above mentioned issues. I am happy so far with the product.

Unfortunately it didn't work for my Mom. It didn't really even enhance the volume of the room and she couldn't understand what I said or the TV. I also noticed that it made everything sound tin like. I even tried it, just so I could understand why she wasn't happy and I'm 51 with perfect hearing.

I would give it more stars if I keep them. I had to return because they didn't fit properly in my ears. I loved the way they looked and it's style.

does not work is a piece of junk stay away unless you have 400.00 dollars to throw away

Its was a little hard to figure out the settings but once I did, my mother loves them.

The quality of sound is poor and not clear. The packaging is more like a $50 product. I am surprised.

These work very well for the price. I have a mild hearing loss so can’t justify paying 4000+ for hearing aids. This gives the volume I need until I need a stronger product. Easy to use, takes a few days to get used to.
