First off this is a great product that solved my arm rest issue. I recommend taking the foot panel completely off and removing the foam insert (reapply whatever glue you have). Once I got the door off, install was less than 5 min!

The material is not the same as the oem but that was expected. It also doesn’t line up exactly like the original but is actually not that bad.

This arm rest comes in at a fantastic price compared to the factory one from the dealership. My original armrest broke internally and the foam degraded. When I found this one, the price was right and reviews were good. My photos will show the original compared with this one. The material is different from the OEM, but does have a nice feel. It seems a bit more matt in colour and the texture is slightly different. The internal plastic looks solid as the original. There are far less staples used to secure the fabric as compared with the OEM. Fit is good. If you are not fussy about it matching perfectly, it's great. If you buy left and right, you won't notice the differences, and they will match up nicely. My only complaint is that my Charger has black stitching, and the one I received has white stitching. The description pictures show black stitching. There is no way to specify stitch colour. That being said, I used a sharpie to black up the stitching and I have learned to be less fussy about these things. Saved a lot of money, and it feels good so far. It would be nice if you could specify the stitching colour, or if the pictures in the descriptions were of the actual shipped product not a generic photo. (note black plastic in description vs. grey that arrived as well as stitch colour).
