I purchased my tablet 11 months ago. I have been very happy with the performance. I especially like picture quality and audio with the 4 speakers. My tablet went down and wouldn't charge. You don't know how good a company is until they are tested. They passed with flying colors. They replaced my tablet with a not one after i shipped my old tablet. Thank You Telcast for standing behind your products. I was happy with my tablet and didn't want another brand tablet. I can highly recommend Telcast.

This tablet is phenomenal in all areas except the weak Wi-Fi section. The continual crashing makes the tablet almost useless. I have been trying to figure out how to replace the tablet Wi-Fi with a better card. Other tablets have much lesser specs but a good Wi-Fi. These tablets operate off of Wi-Fi and having a terrible Wi-Fi negates their purpose. If you plan to use it very near your Wi-Fi transceiver then you may not have my issue. But if you plan to use it on the other side of your building from the Wi-Fi transceiver, consider yourself forewarned. I'm buying a Wi-Fi repeater in the hopes that this tablet will connect and stay connected to that and not drop it's internet connection every 20 seconds or so like it does now. The manufacturer really needs to fix this.Update: bought the Wi-Fi repeater and located it within 5 feet of the place where I use my tablet. I have been using the repeater for about 6 months. The tablet's Wi-Fi connection issue is now resolved. It seldom drops the Wi-Fi. Getting brave with this tablet, I decided to experiment by taking excursions to other parts of the building away from the Wi-Fi repeater. I can take the tablet to other areas of the building without it dropping the Wi-Fi signal. I've since discovered that a Samsung A9-Ultra has similar Wi-Fi connectivity to this tablet in my building, so this tablet has elevated it's status to be similar to a Samsung A9-Ultra. Changed to 5 stars.

Works well. Light weight. Good audio. Good screen resolution.Battery life could be better.

I had big doubts about ordering it. I ordered to see if it is good and one thing is for sure it looks like it is solid made and good quality. The screen quality is also good as well as the battery life. If your battery is draining fast use power saving mode. The initial review is 5 stars. Look solid, feels solid( metal casing), is fast, and long battery life. Stock Android software and it is good to use. I will test it and will put reviews as time goes on. If this tablet performs well for 2 years, nobody needs an expensive one where half the money is for advertisement.

Delivered on time, intact, undamaged & well packaged.BAD- 1. has only one SIM, GSM 4G LTE ( not CDMA), 2. MicroSD card can only be set to portable NOT system storage, 3. AutoRotate function- Worst I have seen with long lag and it does not function 6/10 times, very annoying. 4. For this price- a case, and key board is a must , should be considered and provided for( additional 50 bucks expense for sure).5. Camera- are mediocre with today's tech advances( similar priced phones have much better cameras so its step backwards on this)GOOD-1. Full metal slim body, with classic-graphite gray/ space gray platinum color, 2. very good stereo speakers, 3. great resolution/ colors, 4.Fully laminated front and back( saves on front screen protectors and scratches on back). 5. Android A13 OS, makes it extremely easy for set up from another android ( of few choices I chose C-cable, got same set up in less than 5 minutes), 6). A18- W type wall adapter with short type C cable is desirable, wish adapter size was much smaller though, 7) Plus everything else as in description.Overall, I ended up buying a leather case with keyboard( with track pad, to minimize toy accessories). I wish the BADs are improvised for future versions. I had returned another Chinese brand that had bunch of lies in description & replaced with this one. For my future buys I may buy Teclast brand . Its a decent tablet but bit pricey tag compared to competitors.

Bought this tablet for my grown son after owning one almost identical. After lugging around my laptop for years I discovered the joy of having a fast tablet. I had owned a cheap one years ago but the lack of processing speed turned my off. This one has enough processing power and onboard RAM that you won't have to worry about that. Some references actually call it an entry level gamer's tablet. Storage is exceptional and easily expanded to 1 TB. For the money it is hard to beat.

You can use it as a 10.36" screen phone, a 4G Tablet, and you can also mount it to your car as "Android Auto device" to connect to your phone.

Bought to replace a Lenovo tab10 while it is down for a screen replacement. The Teclast, like my previous purchase last year of an earlier model, has much more of everything than the Lenovo had available when it was new. Higher screen resolution, support for 1tb sdcards and cellular sim cards, and 8x the storage built-in for roughly 2/3 the price of the tab10 when it was new. It appears to be well made and the only complaint I would make is video playback is very power hungry in comparison to older tablets I have had; 5 hours of streaming video usually will bring the battery from a full charge to 30% with recharging taking 1.5-2 hours.
