Good buy
Programmed it myself with the step by step instructions that come along with it! It was easy and fast. I was only wanting the lock, unlock, and alarm anyways so I didn't go into detail to program the other 2 buttons. I have a 2008 GMC Acadia and it was worth the $25ish dollars rather than $175ish dollars at a mechanic

Stopped working after 6 months
I bought two of these for my 2014 Chevy Traverse. Since that vehicle year does not allow for the owner to program the remote themselves, I had to take it to the Chevy dealer where I paid $225 for programming. Unfortunately, the remotes both stopped working 6 months later. The car is back at the dealer now and they just called to confirm that the key fobs themselves have stopped transmitting. The batteries are fine, and the program does not need to be re-set. It's the key fobs themselves that have failed. Two of them. This is extremely disappointing given how much I had to pay to have them programmed in the first place. Buying this product might be a worthwhile risk if you can program it yourself, but not for the amount of money I've now lost on this. Junk. And I would not complain if the company would actually stand by their product with a generous 2-year warranty or better yet a lifetime warranty against defects. But this is ridiculous. Don't waste your money.

Programming Issue
I bought one of these a couple of years ago and it programmed easily and has worked well. Bought another recently. But following the online programming instructions for the new one has not worked. I contacted customer support and got a quick response "we'll get back to you in 24 hrs". Waiting now for response to try and sort this out. Its a great and inexpensive alternative to dealer-provided fob, but it has to work.

Works just like the original.
This is a great purchase. I know I saved a lot of money by purchasing this from this seller. The dealer wanted quite a bit more than this was offered from this seller. Instructions were enclosed as a courtesy and were explained in simple and understandable terms.These instructions worked perfectly and my remote is now programmed and works GREAT !!!
