Cable tester
This is ideal for my pat testing does most cables I have tested all my equipment all in good working order One downfall is that I wonder if its been sent back by another customer as it looks like the battery compartment has a little plastic chip off Can live with that Would I purchase another defiantly

So firstly being honest, it took a while to ship. However it gave me an almost month estimate to get it to from the get-go, and being fair it arrived days before the latest day it predicted. Product wise, this is a solid and phenomenal tool to have whether you work in film, theatre, rental spaces and more. If you've never had a bad cable ran that took up time trying to know what the problem was before knowing then you've been lucky. For those who know that pain this is what you want to use before you roll your cable out. This handy device is a game changer for 5 seconds to confirm a cable hasn't been damaged from wear and tear, poor storage or if it was ran over during last tear-down. I have used it, and will consider purchasing another.

The MFL15 Cable Tester is an Awesome Unit
I got the MFL. 15-Plug Audio Cable Tester Line Finder Black 15-in-1 Cables Checker 10-Way Switch Wire Tracker with LED Indicators, It Arrived Quick is New and as the Seller Described in their Posting. It is well built and is a solidly made Cable Tester and seems to function like it should. I do not know what the issue with the Battery hole is as I have not experienced nay issues that some of the others had. I have a Horizon Cable Detective as well and the Battery holder is the exact same one that is used on the MFL 15 and I never had a problem with it ether. The Horizon Cable Detective has far fewer functions than the MFL15. The only thing that I like better on the Horizon Cable Detective is that for the 1/4" jack it has a tester for Mono and tester for the a 1/4" Stereo Plug. Other than that , the MFL 15 is a Far superior tester.
