However, as this gloss sits on your lips, you can feel it’s moisture melting in, leaving them feeling hydrated even when the gloss has fully worn of and you’re ready for reapplication. I ordered the caramel kiss, but when it arrived I immediately thought it was the wrong color. I assumed they sent me the wrong one because it looked nothing like the color in their picture (see my pic compared to their’s). So I requested a replacement and was told I didn’t have to return the first one I received. Well today I received the exact same one. So I can only assume this is caramel kiss and their picture quality is inaccurate. Unfortunately there is no name of the color listed on the tube- so I can only assume it’s caramel kiss. I just used it today. It is a very nice formula for a gloss and the color isn’t bad just not what I thought I was getting nor what I ordered. Caramel Kiss as advertised looks more orange gold, and what I received both times is more a rouge berry gold. I’m still giving 5 stars for formula and customer service with a quick replacement. It is a nice gloss just wish I could get a color that matches what’s advertised.
