Received today and already using it. It was very easy to set up, literally the ease of use was like a plug and play device. As a ghostwriter, I produce a lot of content and utilize several programs to ensure accuracy and readability, ensuring that everyone understands what is written. It's been a struggle to have more than one window open for comparison. This helps a lot! Yes, it is a bit on the heavy side, but it never fell over once while connected to my MacBook Air, even when I wasn't holding it. It feels very durable so even if it fell over I think it would be okay. The picture quality is just fine for what I need, I wouldn't use it to watch any streaming though.

I struggled getting the 2nd monitor to power up, and knew it was user error. I contacted support and she walked me through my setup. The fix was, "If your computer has an HDMI port, you can connect it to the other screen using an HDMI to Type-C cable for video, along with a USB-A to Type-C cable for power." In other words, I needed to plug one USB-C to a wall port for power along with the HDMI cable and the wall plug-in did not come with my purchase, which confused me. It works well

Bought this monitor extension last year and it’s made my work life so much easier. I just recently needed to order new power cables for it and contacted Maxfree customer service and they were extremely helpful! They took my original order number and sent me the new cables right away. I’ve noticed with these extension type monitors you have to use very specific cables for them or they do not work so it’s extremely helpful that the company is so willing to send new ones when needed. The response was very timely and efficient as well which made it even better. Highly recommend using this product and this company!

Very pleased with this triple monitor. This is the third monitor extender brand I've tried. So far, it's the best. It's lightweight, stable and very easy to set up. The screens are sharp and clear. Haven't had any problems attaching it to my laptop. Customer service is phenomenal. Had a question over a year after I purchased the unit. They responded immediately with a solution! Definitely recommended.

I really like the concept of having multiple screens. Unfortunately it didn't fit my laptop.

I have used this product for over a year and a half and it is amazing asset to have! I can get so much work done faster and more efficiently. Some coworkers have also purchased this product as well. The only issue I had was the with Type C cord but I emailed the company and they are sending me a replacement cord absolutely free of charge!!! Thanks Nancy!
