Wonderful Seat; Amazon Resale on this item was questionable, but customer service was wonderful
I purchased this in a LARGE for our 5 month old pup who is currently 16 lbs and will be 27-33lbs most likely. Her neck to tail length is 20” currently. I purchased this to not only keep her safe, but to help lift her up to see out the window as her car anxiety and motion sickness was really complicating life and making for brutal clean up several times a week. I purchased a “like new/open box” seat. I am a fan of this seat for sure. I will explain more about the seat and how we have worked to ease our pup’s anxiety, but will first explain our “open box” experience…The seat was of beautiful construction out of the box, but our dog would fall out of the seat (note last picture) and vomit in the car all over the seat and on the car’s seats since the seat didn’t contain her. After washing the seat and cleaning the car twice (what a project!), I then went back to the product info and realized our seat did not include the foam wall inside the seat. I should have realized this sooner, but trusted that we had a complete product as “like new/ open box” had always been a good experience for us prior. So I called customer service and Amazon refunded the entire seat as the seat company nor Amazon could offer a replacement foam wall. I then purchased a 3” thickness roll of foam and eyeballed the dimensions as best I could because I didn’t want to waste the seat. The seat was saved. Now, my thoughts on the seat: It’s high quality, easily washable though putting the foam pieces back inside the washed outer seat takes some time. It has definitely helped elevate our pup and lift her head towards the window so she can get fresh air and look out which has definitely aided her to stopping vomiting in the car.To ease her into a positive experience in the seat, I allowed her to nap in it in our living room. She enjoyed the comfort. Then I installed it back in the car. My husband and I have worked towards easing her car anxiety by exposing her everyday to short car rides. We have worked up to faster speeds and longer distance. She is still anxious (some days more than others), but she has not vomited since in the car.I’m very grateful for this seat and highly recommend it for dog owners. While our experience wasn’t straight forward, the product is worth an investment for the safety and comfort of your dog, especially if car sickness is an issue.

My 7lbs Shih Tzu loves it!
I have a toyota 86 and its got bucket seats. Needless to say this little one couldn’t see outside for the life of her! So I got this seat because it looked the tallest and the sturdiest compared to the ones I looked at. I don’t regret it. She loves it. I showed it to her first in the living room to get used to it. She already hopped in the moment I finished assembling it. Next stop was the car. She got accustomed to it instantly. She knew it was her seat! It’s just right for her, but if you have a taller dog, they might get pulled down from the collar because of the short buckle from the seat. Easy fix though, just get a longer one if the ones included don’t work out. Or, a harness instead. Comfort and boosting wise though, it’s perfect.Assembly was fine, hardest part was putting the backboard foam up. Once you’re past that everything else is done easy.Ginger is happy!

Well designed and constructed
So well designed and made. I looked at Facebook marketplace to see all the different booster seats that were being sold because they had disappointed their new owners. I never saw this one! I would only make one change - I am adding an elastic belt that goes around the front seat and attaches to the booster seat so that she’s a little more secure in riding in the front

Works for me!
My miniature poodle is not crazy about riding in the car. However, he seems to like this car seat and doesn't fight getting into it. It is very easy to install the seat in the car, too. I like the size and the straps.

Good but could be easier to assemble
I bought this product specifically as a booster seat for Coco (7 lb fur baby). He really likes sitting in this middle area when he gets on the car which is why I was looking for a center console product like this one.The product over all is good to start with but it was a little hard assembling it. After zipping up the sides, they appear a little wonky due to the shape of the booster but it’s okay, we think it will be fine over time and use. Unfortunately, I could not get one of the sides to zip all the way even after trying multiple ways to do so, the zipper started to wear out and did not want to rip it on our first try.Coco fits and is safe and sturdy, that is the most important thing to me right now. Though it was not a breeze to assemble, I think it’s worth keeping. It’s a little tight in my car (Volvo XC40) but I can live with it. It looks very much like a portable carrier which I wish it did not, I would’ve preferred a sleeker look that is something just for my car only.

A great purchase
My Jack Russell terrier was a terrible rider. She got used to this car seat, very quickly and she loves it. She jumps right in. She usually lays down in it but when we pass through a town , she can stand up and look out the back window.
